Please, use this company. They were recommended to me. Krista was fantastic on the phone: fast, pleasant, responsive. Set an appointment for the soonest time available, and put me on the waitlist if a technician became available sooner. Michael got free came around 4 hours later. He was thorough, fast, friendly, detail oriented. Diagnosed the problem and had the A/C running in less than an hour. He then went the extra mile. Checked the furnace, the filter, the coil, and the thermostat. Then a second extra mile: made recommendations for the filter, cleaning, and thermostat programming. This company is fair, reasonable, affordable. I now how an HVAC contractor to trust and call.

I did a quick search to see what other reviews were out there, and they are all 5-stars like mine! About a month ago (mid-July of a toasty 2022) our old A/C compressor broke. Since the old unit ran on R-22 (no longer manufactured) it was time to replace both the compressor and the evaporator. They came right away (the same afternoon that I called), agreed that the compressor was shot, and had a quote within the hour. The price was much lower than a competitor (who wanted to do a ton of nice (but expensive) upgrades). Also, unlike the other guys (and others this summer), they said that they could come in a few days (not weeks). Later that evening I found out that a good (local, trusted) friend of ours knew the owner and vouched for his integrity. They were good to their word (both written and spoken) and, after three days baking in the house, they had us back and *cool* again! The techs were respectful and their work was clean – I couldn’t tell after they left that the whole A/C had even been replaced! It has been about a month of this scorching summer, and I still feel the wonderful cool indoor air each time I open the front door and step inside. I know a number of HVAC company owners in the area, but One Hour is the first place I would recommend to anyone go that needs service.

Came early in the window they said they would and were very thorough. Got my heater up and running quickly. Gave me simple advice on how to make sure it keeps running smoothly.

We got excellent same-day service from Michael at Air Express today, and he’s helped us before and we’ve always been happy. Just the nicest guy, friendly, is able to diagnose problems right away, and in our case today, get us fixed even during the same appointment window! That’s including getting parts from the warehouse. We’ve been happy with Air Express for years and today’s job by Michael is another reason why! Thank you!
